Salter Skandi Toaster Review

The Salter Skandi Kettle is a modern stainless steel toaster with a Scandinavian / Nordic design. It's available in two colours - Grey (pictured) and Black. As with many Nordic themed products, there's wood effect incorporated into the design, in this case on the lever. The buttons on the side illuminate blue when active, which further enhances the aesthetic. The Skandi Toaster makes good use of curves. We particularly like how the top curves into the front, but the side has a right angle.

From a feature perspective, the Skandi Kettle has been well thought out. Firstly, there are seven browning options, allowing you to make toast with your preferred texture and colour. It also has wide slots which are perfect for toasting bigger items such as bagels and tea cakes. It has several functions, including defrost, reheat and cancel. There's a removable crumb tray too.
