The Russell Hobbs Textures Toaster is a four slice toaster available in black and white. It's a high gloss toaster with quaint matt accents to give it a modern finish. It's capable of toasting everything from bread to larger items such as crumpets and tea cakes. It offers variable browning control to give your toast the perfect colour - from pale to brown.

The Textures Toaster has other features too. Some of these include a toast from frozen button, a reheat button to save time, a cancel button to stop the toasting mid-way through, two removable crumb trays and an energy efficient two slice operation whereby only one side of the toaster toasts, therefore not wasting energy.

Summary

Overall, the Textures Toaster is up to standard. It has a high gloss finish with matt accents, and is well designed with many functional features. We particularly like the wide slots which allow for many different items to be toasted, e.g. crumpets. The independent two slice operation is also appealing, however, and it can knock quite a bit from your energy bill. We rate the Textures Toaster 4.5 out of 5 stars.
